Station Supervisor

Operational Management

• Supervise daily station activities, including fuel dispensing, cashiering, and store operations.
• Monitor fuel levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Oversee proper shift turnovers and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Ensure all equipment (pumps, POS, tanks) are functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when needed.

Staff Supervision

• Assign tasks, manage shift schedules, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Train and guide staff on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Evaluate employee performance and report concerns or recommendations to management.

Customer Service

• Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and respectfully.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation of the station.

Reporting and Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, accounting, and logistics for deliveries and documentation.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a retail, fuel, or service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of fuel station operations, safety protocols, and inventory systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
