Provides IT support focused on FileMaker ticketing systems and hardware operations. Handles electronic asset inventory, user account administration, and employee support for network, device, and software issues. Responsible for system setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation, with hands-on development and continuous improvement of the FileMaker system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory of Electronic Assets

  2. Employee support in terms of network troubleshoot, devices and filemaker assistance

  3. Electronic maintenance with computers and other devices for inventory

  4. Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs.

  5. Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level. Installs software and repairs hardware and peripherals.

  6. Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures.

  7. Administers user accounts.

  8. Transfers computer files between platforms, places hardware into production by establishing connections.

  9. Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers) and may assist with testing personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems.

  10. Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns.

  11. Improves and evaluates vendor-supplied software and hardware by studying user objectives; testing software compatibility with existing hardware and programs.

  12. Maintains system capability by testing computer components. Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.

  13. Hands-on development on FileMaker system.

  14. Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, or technical support

  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and electronic asset management

  4. Experience in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, basic connectivity issues)

  5. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and software

  6. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently

  7. Experience in user account administration and access/security management

  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
