VM Custodian

The role is to contribute to the orders, receives, dispatches and manages VM props, repairs and storage functions. This role is critical in supporting the field Visual Merchandising (VM) team and ensuring stores have the right visual tools on time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizes, manages, receives, and dispatches inventory of visual merchandising materials, including props, signage, and display fixtures.
• Coordinates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of visual merchandising materials and resolves any supply-related concerns.
• Processes receipt of props through SAP using the Goods Receipt (GR) function, including both newly ordered and reused items from stores, ensuring proper storage in the warehouse.
• Coordinates packaging and logistics for the dispatch of visual merchandising (VM) items and assets
• Supports the ordering of new items by creating Purchase Requests (PR) for various brands.
• Recommends items for disposal on a monthly or quarterly basis to the VM Manager and SOPC Manager.
• Reviews and analyzes VM processes to propose improvements, cost-saving measures, and time efficient solutions to better support the VM department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse processes, inventory organization, and storage management
• Background in visual merchandising, shipping, or mall logistics is a plus
• Preferably with experience in the retail garments industry
