About the role

We are looking for a talented and driven Business Unit Lead to join our team at Purepace Distribution Inc. Based in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, this is a full-time position that will play a key role in driving the strategic direction and operational success of our business unit. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations, including resource allocation
  3. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver results
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and alignment
  5. Provide regular reporting and analysis to executive management on performance and strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably within the distribution industry
  2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  3. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing market conditions
  4. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
