About the Role

The Marketing Assistant supports the bank's marketing initiatives by helping to implement campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and manage marketing materials across multiple channels. This role works closely with the marketing team to ensure brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, and support overall business growth.

You will be involved in everything from campaign execution and social media management to market research and event coordination, making it a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and provide insights to guide strategy.
• Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, web content, and advertisements.
• Manage social media accounts: schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries or comments.
• Support the coordination and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Consolidate sales reports from different branches.
• Prepare marketing budgets for Info-drives (cash advances and liquidation).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board and/or Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in banking, finance, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
