REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Agriculture (Major in Plant Agronomy, Soil Science, Entomology, Horticulture) or Agri-Engineering
• With at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in agriculture industry with supervisory capacity
• Possessed excellent supervisory skills, problem solving skills, effective verbal & written communication skills
• Result-oriented, ability to show initiative, can work effectively within the different levels of the organization
• Knows how to drive with code 1 & 2 Driver's License

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Supervise a team of parcela crews (Cultural practices crew), assign and oversee the daily assignments of parcela crews to ensure workload is distributed to meet production priorities.
• Plan, monitor an oversee all farm and parcela based on approved Work Instructions (WI).
• Implement calendar-based and endorsed activities and ensure these are covered with approved Job Service Requests, Work Instructions (WI) and Purchase Order.
• Coordinate with OLC Supervisor/Team Leader on Manpower requirement during cultural practices & planting and seeds operation activities.
• Prepare & submit Daily Accomplishment Report for daily PDS encoding.
• Implement all standing SOPs/guidelines established by the company applicable in the performance of assigned task.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by the superior.
