Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport family members and company staff to various locations.
  • Maintain the vehicle in top condition, including regular cleaning and servicing.
  • Run errands, including grocery shopping and other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and prioritize passenger safety.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a family or company driver preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Company Driver/Boy Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport company staff, executives, or documents to various locations as per the company's requirements.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to traffic rules and regulations at all times.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition by performing regular checks (fuel, oil, tires, etc.).
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
  • Support Tasks (Boy Responsibilities):
  • Assist in general office tasks such as running errands, filing documents, photocopying, and organizing materials.
  • Support staff by delivering office supplies and materials to various departments as needed.
  • Help with setting up or assisting in company events or meetings as required.
  • Support the company's operations with general errands and on-the-ground help as required.
  • Vehicle Documentation and Reporting:
  • Keep accurate records of fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and mileage.
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or damages to the supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation, such as the vehicle logbook, is properly maintained and submitted.Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a driving role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle deliveries and office errands efficiently.
  • Flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
