IT Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide basic technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues).
• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on company systems.
• Monitor system performance and report issues or risks to senior IT staff.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
• Support data backup and recovery procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
