Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of L&D strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client training engagements, including onboarding, program customization, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with operations, quality, and client teams.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning solutions (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, coaching).
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Manage a team of trainers and instructional designers, providing coaching and development support.
  • Collaborate with clients to co-create learning roadmaps and ensure compliance with contractual training standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously improve programs.
  • Prepare and present training reports and insights to clients and senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in managing training programs within a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), instructional design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in training, coaching, or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick).
  • Experience working with international clients or global accounts.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning models.
