What is Aggregates Cadet Engineer Development Program?

A mandatory division-wide program aimed at accelerating the training and development of Engineers joining HMDC Aggregates Operations.

The Program aims to:

• Integrate the New Engineers safely, through the acquisition of knowledge about the aggregates operation: organization, people, processes and systems.
• Provide structure and accelerate the development of the New Engineers in the Aggregates Operations to acquire foundation level in the main domains of Aggregates Manufacturing within 12 months from hiring.
• Enable the New Engineers to be confident, develop transversal competencies to contribute to the plant performance effectively.
• To build network of professional contact among peers and experts.

Target Group:

Licensed Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Mining Engineer

New Board Passers are welcome to apply, no experience required

Qualification:

Willing to be trained and be assigned in ANGONO, RIZAL
