Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing or related courses (Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-year associate degree acceptable)
  • With or without sales experience (experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable speaking with different types of customers
  • Highly persuasive, results-driven, and customer-oriented
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct in-person sales presentations
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Detailed Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Wheeltek Yamaha – Bacnotan Branch, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend suitable motorcycle models, parts, or accessories
  • Product Presentation: Provide detailed product information, explain financing/payment options, and highlight features and benefits of motorcycles and accessories
  • Sales Conversion: Assist customers in completing purchases, ensuring proper documentation and accurate records of transactions
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the company
  • Coordination: Work with other departments (finance, service, inventory) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
  • After-Sales Service: Provide ongoing assistance and support to customers for warranty claims, product inquiries, and service schedules
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and promotional activities to remain competitive
