IT Associate

The Isabelle Hotel in Naga City, Camarines Sur is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Associate to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and troubleshooting to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and user account management
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance of our IT systems, identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise
• Assisting with the implementation and configuration of new software and hardware, ensuring a seamless integration with our existing systems
• Documenting and tracking IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders
• Providing training and guidance to non-IT staff on the use of our technology tools and systems
• Collaborating with the IT team to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Knowledge of common software applications, operating systems, and hardware components
• Familiarity with IT best practices, security protocols, and data backup procedures
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
