Key Responsibilities

-Design and implement comprehensive and efficient reconciliation solutions to identify data discrepancies.

-Expand the reconciliation scope to ensure thorough and detailed examination of discrepancies.

-Automate the reconciliation process to reduce manual effort, improve processing time, and enhance accuracy.

-Collaborate with business users to improve data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, streamline operations, and mitigate risks.

-Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless system integration, address data break issues, and improve data integrity and quality.

-Assist in generating statistical analyses and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

-Reporting & Incident Management: Provide regular project status updates, assist in resolving escalated production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.

Requirements and Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

-At least 7 years proficiency in Python programming is essential; familiarity with additional programming languages and data analysis tools is an advantage.

-Strong numerical aptitude and ability to work with large datasets.

-Proven experience in designing and implementing automated solutions for data validation and reconciliation.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with business users and team members.

-Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.

-Bonus: Knowledge of private sector financial systems such as CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit.
