Student Counseling and Support
Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, personal, behavioral, and emotional concerns.
- Assist students in setting goals and developing study habits, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Offer crisis intervention and referrals for students with serious emotional or psychological issues.
Career Guidance and Development
Facilitate career awareness programs, job shadowing, and career talks.
- Administer and interpret career assessment tools and aptitude tests.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses, college options, and career paths.
Academic Support and Monitoring
Monitor academic performance and collaborate with teachers on students needing intervention.
- Support students with special needs or learning difficulties, and help in developing individual intervention plans.
Maintain student records and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Preventive and Developmental Programs
Plan and implement guidance activities, seminars, and workshops related to mental health, peer relationships, anti-bullying, substance abuse, and values formation.
Promote self-awareness, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Parent and Teacher Coordination
Conduct parent conferences and provide updates on student progress and concerns.
- Assist teachers in handling classroom management and behavioral issues.
- Provide consultation and training sessions for parents and staff regarding student development.
