Modular Carpenter

Job Overview:

A Modular Carpenter is responsible for assembling, laminating, and ensuring the quality of modular components used in various construction and manufacturing projects. This role requires an individual with attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow precise instructions to create high-quality laminated products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Laminating Operations:

• Applying adhesives and laminate materials onto modular components.

2. Assembly Tasks:

• Assemble modular units or components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other machinery to secure components and complete assemblies as required.
• Ensure all assembled components meet quality and safety standards, performing quality checks on each unit.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical skills: Proficient in using power and hand tools, understanding of carpentry techniques, and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in modular construction: Prior experience working on modular or prefabricated building projects is preferred.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail: Precision in measurements and adherence to specifications.
• Problem-solving abilities: Quickly resolve construction or assembly issues that may arise.
• Time management: Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under time constraints.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in carpentry or modular construction (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php780.00 per day
