About the role

CXP MOTOZONE' is seeking an experienced Videographer to join our talented team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content to support the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Balagtas Bulacan.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and creative direction
  2. Plan, shoot, and edit video content including commercials, promotional videos, and other marketing materials
  3. Operate video equipment such as cameras, lighting, and sound gear to capture professional-grade footage
  4. Edit and post-process video content using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  5. Ensure all video deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards
  6. Provide support and guidance to junior members of the production team
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Videography, Filmmaking, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Videographer or in a similar role
  3. Strong proficiency in video capture, editing, and post-production
  4. Excellent technical skills with video equipment and software
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Keen eye for visual storytelling and creativity
  7. Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  8. Experience in the Advertising, Arts & Media industry is preferred
