Events Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, suppliers, and schedules.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase event visibility and attendance.
• Manage guest lists, registrations, and customer inquiries related to events.
• Provide on-site support during events, including ushering, coordinating with vendors, and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events.
• Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Prior experience in events, marketing, or hospitality is an advantage.
