Role Overview
Our client is looking for a creative, performance-driven copywriter specializing in advertorials to produce persuasive, research-backed editorial content. This role bridges editorial storytelling and direct-response marketing, helping readers connect deeply with featured products while driving measurable conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality advertorials, product deep-dives, long-form landing pages, and story-driven sales content.
- Conduct thorough research on products, consumer pain points, and market trends to craft accurate, engaging narratives.
- Transform product data into compelling stories that feel informative, trustworthy, and highly readable.
- Collaborate with the client's marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and conversion goals.
- Optimize copy for SEO, readability, and key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, engagement).
- Use data insights and A/B test results to refine messaging and improve performance.
- Maintain a consistent editorial voice while adapting tone to different product categories and audiences.
- Meet deadlines and produce multiple content pieces each week.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience writing advertorials, long-form direct-response content, or editorial-style product reviews.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and persuasion skill.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including buyer psychology and funnel-based copywriting.
- Experience in e-commerce, lifestyle, consumer tech, beauty, home goods, or similar industries is a plus.
- Ability to turn technical or dry product information into engaging, reader-friendly narratives.
- Excellent research skills and strong editorial judgment.
- SEO knowledge and familiarity with content performance metrics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
