Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service support to customers by performing machine cleaning and ensuring equipment is kept in good condition.
• Monitor coolant levels, quality, and proper usage to help maintain machine performance.
• Assist in routine machine maintenance under the supervision of Senior servicemen and Supervisor.
• Observe and comply with safety standards, housekeeping practices, and company service protocols.
• Document servicing activities and submitting reports to Supervisor & Department Manager.
• Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to build technical skills.
• Support other service-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-year College Graduate, College Level, Diploma Holder, or Vocational Graduate (preferably in technical or mechanical-related fields).
• Strong interest in servicing, maintenance, and technical work.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual servicing tasks.
• Willingness to undergo structured training and skills development.
• Good attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to customer service.
