Precast and Construction Solutions by Megawide - Construction Equipment, Logistics and Services (CELS) is hiring for QUANTITY SURVEYOR.

Work with the company that delivers superiors and cost-effective end-to-end services through an extensive roster of first-world equipment for construction, material handling, earthmoving, concrete delivery, and vehicles for transport and logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares Site Budgetary Cost Breakdown
• Evaluates and controls the project requirement in terms of material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor
• Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works
• Prepares and updates Budget Monitoring Report
• Prepares, monitors and submits subcon billing

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering; Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer.
• With two (2) years experience collaborating in project management in the related field.
• Able to act, perform and decide in a fast and quick manner while adhering to required standards.
• Able to consistently deliver results following standards and established processes to achieve targeted results.
