Job Title: Engineering Intern |

The internship emphasizes developing technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach essential for delivering high-quality service and support in the field of asset management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process Analysis: Conduct time and motion studies on routine maintenance tasks (e.g., equipment checks, parts retrieval) to identify bottlenecks and reduce non-value-added activities.
  2. Maintenance Planning: Assist in developing and refining the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule to optimize technician workload and minimize equipment downtime.
  3. Inventory Management: Support the optimization of the spare parts warehouse layout and inventory control systems to improve accessibility and accuracy.
  4. Workflow Improvement: Map current maintenance request processes and propose more efficient workflows using IE principles.
  5. Data Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), such as FTFR, PM Utilization, PM Compliance and work order completion rates.
  6. Technical Assistance: Directly assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of PICKUP COFFE Core equipment.
  7. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Participate in scheduled PM inspections, including lubrication, and wear component checks, documenting findings accurately.
  8. Technical Documentation: Review and update maintenance manuals, machine specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical mechanical assets.
  9. Failure Analysis: Assist the team in investigating equipment failures to determine root causes and propose corrective actions or design modifications.
  10. Tool and Equipment Audit: Help ensure all maintenance tools and test equipment are calibrated, organized, and properly maintained.

Qualifications:

● Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in either Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
