Bidding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Review client inquiries, project specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain cost data and quotations.
• Prepare, finalize, and submit bids in line with client requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure all submissions comply with client, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and regularly update costing sheets, pricing templates, and databases.
• Track bid statuses, document results, and prepare post-bid evaluation reports.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cost estimation, bidding, proposals, or quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other costing or proposal tools/software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
