About the Role

As a
Senior Applications – Workday Finance Analyst
, you'll be the technology point of contact for Workday Financials. You'll partner with global and local Finance teams to deliver system improvements, ensure compliance, and support financial processes across AP, AR, GL, Reporting, VAT, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Finance (chart of accounts, posting rules, VAT/tax settings).
  • Support integrations (banking, payroll, VAT returns) and financial data migration.
  • Ensure compliance with
    IFRS
    and embed strong internal controls.
  • Partner with Finance teams on reporting, month/year-end close, and testing.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and post-deployment support for finance systems.
  • Contribute to Finance Transformation projects involving Workday, Salesforce, Concur, etc.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Fully qualified accountant with solid
    IFRS knowledge
    .
  • Strong experience in at least
    2–3 finance areas
    : AP/AR, Banking, Journals, GL, Fixed Assets, Reporting, VAT.
  • Strong
    Excel skills
    and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Good exposure to Finance processes and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Focused on risk minimization, scalability, and process improvement.

  • Experience in
    system design for Finance

  • Previous exposure to
    PLC reporting environments
    .
