Job description

  • Proactively monitor the health of the member account status and rapidly identifying issues.
  • Coordinate promptly with Department Head for any anomaly.
  • Provide weekly and monthly pacing reports and updates to all concerned Head Department.
  • Assist in the daily ongoing support for Data Requests
  • Provide Member Behavior Analysis
  • Provide Pro forma and postmortem report before and after for promotions, programs and events.

Job Specification

  • Requires degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing or any related course that trained to have a rigorous Analytics application and with entry level or good period of experience in Data Science and analytics.
  • Must be technically and scientifically minded and capable to understand business flows and concepts.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and laws pertaining to the field, as well as related technologies and marketing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able and willing to work multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to relay and receive information both verbally and written.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate. Proven logical and analytical skills in the Monitoring Service environment.
  • Has relevant experience working on a casino.
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Shifting

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
