About the Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to provide outstanding support to U.S.-based clinics and healthcare providers. As part of our team, you'll help ensure smooth operations, accurate communication, and top-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist U.S. Healthcare Providers: Offer administrative and operational support to clinics and offices.
  • Communicate Professionally: Manage calls, emails, and chat messages with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Execute Client-Specific Tasks: Follow established processes to deliver quality results based on client protocols.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to meet goals and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • 1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Willingness to work U.S. business hours and shifting schedules
