Surveyor

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Surveyor who is a graduate of Geodetic Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing accurate maps and reports, and ensuring that all surveying work is completed according to technical specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
• Use surveying equipment (e.g., RTK, Total Stations, GPS, and other surveying tools) to gather precise measurements
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and plans using appropriate software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate data collection and project planning
• Analyze survey data to verify boundaries, elevations, and other land features
• Ensure compliance with relevant surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and legal land descriptions
• Perform data processing, calculations, and adjustments for accurate results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
• Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Willingness to travel and work on field sites as required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but prior internship or field experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
