We're Hiring: QA Loan Tester / Software Quality Assurance – Loans

We are looking for a
QA Loan Tester
with strong banking domain experience to support
SIT, UAT, and regression testing
across the end-to-end loan lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with business and technical teams to ensure system accuracy, stability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for loan products
  • Prepare and execute manual test cases for SIT, UAT, regression, and production support
  • Validate end-to-end loan processes including origination, credit approval, booking, disbursement, interest and fees, repayments, restructuring, and closure
  • Test retail, corporate, commercial, working capital, and term loan products
  • Validate amortization schedules, repricing, accruals, and accounting entries
  • Perform integration testing with Core Banking and payment systems
  • Log, track, retest, and close defects; support regression testing after fixes
  • Prepare test scripts, execution reports, and audit/compliance documentation
  • Support UAT execution, walkthroughs, defect triage, and sign-off activities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 2–5+ years of banking software testing experience
  • Strong understanding of loan processes
  • Experience in manual testing (SIT/UAT)
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Core Banking Systems (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile or Waterfall delivery

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
