  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of rooms and public areas.
  • Make up rooms, replenish supplies, and segregate waste accordingly.
  • Ensure proper handling and upkeep of equipment.
  • Attend to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work harmoniously with other departments to ensure quality service and operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and credibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably with experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • NCII certification is an advantage
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Amenable to start anytime
