The Accounting Staff is respponsible for handling the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including billing, collections, bank deposits, payroll, and accounts management. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions while supporting other administrative tasks as needed.

Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare billing and progress billings
  • Follow up on customer/client payments
  • Deposit all collections into bank accounts
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivsble transactions
  • Prcoess the renewal of all licensing permits
  • Calculate and process payroll transactions
  • perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration major in Management Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting-related software
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical and good communication skills
