Role Description

We are looking for a
Production Planning and Inventory Controller
to join our growing team in Bulacan. This role plays a key part in ensuring our production runs efficiently and smoothly by developing production schedules, monitoring inventory, coordinating with various departments, and upholding the company's
Quality Management System (QMS)
and
5S practices
.

You will work closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and continuous improvement of internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2–4 years
    of experience in
    production planning
    ,
    inventory control
    , or a related function in a
    manufacturing environment.
  • Preferably residing in
    Bulacan
    or
    nearby areas.
  • Candidates that are willing to relocate to Bulacan is also welcome to apply.
  • Willing to
    work on-site
    in Bulacan manufacturing plant.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    ; able to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Understanding of
    supply chain management
    ,
    logistics
    , and
    production operations
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Quality Management Systems (QMS)
    and
    5S workplace organization standards
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    manufacturing processes
    and production resource planning.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain
    production schedules
    that align with customer demand and internal delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and manage
    inventory levels
    of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods across plants.
  • Generate and issue
    work orders
    and schedules based on capacity and forecasted demand.
  • Track and report
    daily, weekly, and monthly production accomplishments
    by plant.
  • Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report
    key performance indicators (KPIs)
    including inventory turnover, schedule adherence, and fulfillment rates.
  • Support and conduct
    cycle counts
    and assist with
    physical inventory
    processes.
  • Identify opportunities for
    process improvement
    in production planning and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's
    Quality Management System
    and
    5S practices
    .
