About the role

We are seeking a Cashier / Server to join our team at a mini resto in Pulang Lupa Dos Las Pinas City Metro Manila. This is a contract position that will involve providing excellent customer service and handling cash transactions in our restaurant establishment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking customer orders and inputting them accurately into the point-of-sale system
  3. Preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items
  4. Handling cash, and mobile payments in a timely and precise manner
  5. Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the resto and dining areas
  6. Assisting with inventory management and stock control as needed
  7. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a cashier or server in a bar or restaurant
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and order processing
  4. Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  5. Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
