What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, branding, and content creation in a corporate or agency setting (AU/US market experience mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Advanced proficiency in 3D modelling/animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D
  • Strong background in marketing communications and go-to-market visual strategy
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts
  • Exceptional skills in layout, typography, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
  • Experience producing high-quality videos, motion graphics, and 3D animations for multiple platforms
  • Ability to connect creative execution with business strategy and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple high-priority projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working across departments and directly with executives

Nice to Have:

  • Experience mentoring junior designers or providing creative leadership within a design team
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and digital asset design
  • Experience in interactive content creation and web animations

What will you do?

Creative Leadership & Brand Execution

  • Lead the conceptualisation and delivery of high-impact creative assets across digital, print, video, and web platforms
  • Translate business goals and strategies into engaging visuals aligned with brand identity
  • Maintain brand consistency across campaigns, products, and business units

Marketing & Go-to-Market Support

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce assets for campaigns, product launches, and rebrands
  • Design brochures, presentations, landing pages, and social media content to support marketing initiatives

Video, 3D & Animation

  • Create professional-quality videos, motion graphics, and 3D animations for internal and external audiences
  • Manage post-production, including video editing, sound design, and animation using Adobe Creative Suite and 3D tools

Web & Digital Asset Development

  • Contribute to website design updates, UI/UX improvements, and development of interactive elements
  • Ensure all digital channels and touchpoints reflect a cohesive brand experience

Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with executive leadership and internal teams to produce presentation materials, reports, and proposals
  • Provide creative input and mentorship to junior designers when needed
