About the role

As a Facialist at BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional facial treatments and skincare services to our valued customers at our Mall of Asia, Pasay City location. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, utilising your expertise in the hair and beauty industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, extractions, and rejuvenating masks
2. Assessing clients' skin types and conditions, then recommending appropriate products and services
3. Educating clients on proper skincare routines and providing product recommendations for at-home use
4. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitisation in the treatment rooms
5. Collaborating with the broader salon team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience
6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Facialist or Skin Care Specialist, preferably within a salon or spa environment
2. Excellent knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatment protocols
3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised, high-quality experience
4. Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or a related field
5. Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and development
