Job Description

Are you highly motivated, empathetic, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for Financial Advisors to join our growing team. You'll educate clients on financial planning, assess their needs, and help them choose the best life insurance products to protect their future. This role offers unlimited earning potential and the chance to build a meaningful, long-term career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance and investment products.
  • Present and explain policy features clearly and confidently.
  • Proactively generate leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Continuously learn about new products and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage, but not required.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Life Insurance Agent license in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to client service.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: Commission-based (Average starting income: ₱10,000+/month, depending on performance)

Expected Hours: 3–5 per week minimum commitment
