Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Ilocos Norte. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and promoting and selling items to meet customer needs. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized sales environment, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displayed, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, handling inquiries, and contributing to achieving sales targets.

• Thorough Product Knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are an advantage
