Position: Sales Dealer Development

Location: Taguig , Philippines

Work Setup: Remote

Type of Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and dealers to expand the distribution network.
  • Develop a deep understanding of dealer needs, client requirements, and local market trends.
  • Create and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain a strong dealer and client network across the Philippines.
  • Conduct prospect research and lead generation activities.
  • Reach out to potential clients and dealers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by actively selling electric vehicles, motorcycles, consumables, and accessories.
  • Prepare, present, and send quotations and sales proposals to clients and dealers.
  • Provide excellent account management by cultivating long-term relationships and responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the automotive and motorcycle industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and adapt sales strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing materials.
  • Provide regular market feedback, including customer insights and competitor intelligence, to support product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Travel within the Philippines to meet clients and dealers and attend industry-related events.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and introduce new products to dealers and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
  • Participate in weekly sales reviews and planning meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including CRM data, customer databases, and activity logs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, improve sales strategies, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Field Sales Representative within the motorcycle industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong dealer and client relationships.
  • Strong phone and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, depending on assigned region) for client meetings and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
