QC Clerk

• Graduate of BS Biology
• Preferably with documentation experience
• Prepares record of analysis and certificate of analysis on every batch tested.
• Coordinates with BD personnel for priority deliveries which required certificate of analysis.
• Submits certificate of analysis to QA prior to Finished Goods delivery.
• Assists in receiving samples of intermediate, bulk and finished products for testing.
• Assists in receiving samples of finished and stability products for retention.
• Assists in daily log of received samples for testing and retention in the product analysis request registry.
• Provide assistance for the preparation of chemicals or reagents needed in absence of analyst.
• Assists in releasing of approved intermediate and bulk samples to QA.
