RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST:

1.     Ensures that preventive maintenance and calibration of x-ray machines are carried out according to schedule.

2.     Receives client or patient for x-ray with complete referral and/or payment.

3.     Instructs client or patient properly during and after x-ray procedure.

4.     Assists radiologist for any x-ray reading concern.

5.     Maintain adequate inventory of supplies in the X-ray Department and request replenishment as needed.

6.     Keys x-ray logbooks complete and updated at all times.

7.     Uphold 7S standards in the X-ray Department and address concerns immediately.

8.     Reports X-ray Department's performance indicators like Turn Around Time     (TAT), etc. to the management.

9.     Attends company on department meetings on training as required.

  1. Gathers customer feedback and report result.

  2. Follows the DOH and ISO guidelines.

  3. Participates actively in the Quality Improvement related activities of the clinic.

  4. Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the management.

ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST:

  1. Explaining the ultrasound procedure to patients, answering their questions, and providing support.

  2. Spreading the ultrasound gel on the surface of patients' bodies over the internal area to be imaged.

  3. Programming and adjusting the scanner for the specific procedure and ensuring the transducer captures images from every angle or section as needed.

  4. Deciding which still images, or sonograms, to capture and present to the Physician for diagnostic purposes.

  5. Evaluating the images for quality and interpreting the images to assist the Physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases.

  6. Presenting the images and your preliminary findings to the Physicians.

  7. Maintaining patients' records and medical notes on the ultrasound procedure they have undergone.

  8. Maintaining the ultrasound equipment and sterilizing the procedure rooms.

  9. Assisting Radiologists with vascular ultrasound procedures and ultrasound-guided biopsies.

  10. Follows DOH and ISO standards/guidelines.

  11. Participates actively in the Quality Improvement related activities of the clinic.

  12. Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the management.
