Open Position: Clinic Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the head office of the availment of medical and diagnostic series for approval

  • Labels and rotates supplies

  • Checks correctness of the statement of account before sending to HMO partners

  • Evaluate contracts for affiliation of doctors and facilities, and produces recommendations for the company's corporate secretary

  • Process reconciliation for doctors' professional fees

  • Visits HMO partners once a month to maintain good partnership

  • Makes quarterly surveys for feedback, comments, and suggestions

  • Coordinates with HMO billing department for delayed payments

  • Produces proposals for new services to offer

  • To perform other duties as required by the management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • AT LEAST 2 YEARS COLLEGE LEVEL

  • WITH 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • STRONG ETHICS AND TRUSTWORTHINESS

  • WILLING TO START ASAP

  • WILLING TO WORK IN PASIG CITY
