Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store, and the monitoring of all cashiers and POS machines they use.
- Ensures that daily cash collections are intact and deposited on time.
- Monitors controllable expenses related to cash operations and implements ways to minimize cost.
- Monitors and accounts the issuance and sales of gift certificates.
- Attends to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution related to cashiering activities.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Good knowledge and understanding of cashiering administration
Attends to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution
Implements security control measures at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Four-Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course
With at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail/service-oriented company
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
