Specific position: Business Intelligence Analyst

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  • Willing to work on a Dayshift SCHEDULE: (This is Dayshift but specific working hours and days are still for verification to our client and if this is compressed hours of 10.6 hrs - including the break time such as 8AM-6:30PM. You may reverify this to our client)
  • Open to be an Individual Contributor
  • ·Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong - near Boni - Hybrid for now until further notice (Hybrid but Mostly onsite: Possibly up to 4x onsite/week but still for verification)
  • Comfortable with presenting insights to partners and internal teams, and managing expectations and deadlines.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, aggregations) and Python for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights—from extraction to visualization and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty programs or retail/e-commerce analytics
  • Can start ASAP
