  1. Must perform at an acceptable level of efficiency and accuracy. 
  2. Must be competent and experienced in all aspects of machine and part set-up. 
  3. Must determine what type of equipment is required to used in every job orders. 
  4. Ability to read and interpret drawings / blue prints to determine materials requirements and task sequences. 
  5. Conforms to all safety regulations and practices. 
  6. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment used. 
  7. Continually be looking for ways to improve a process. 
  8. Willing to assigned to any department from time to time as per mandatory requirements of the management.
