Collector (Ilo-Ilo)

About the Role

Join our team as a Collector You'll be responsible for ensuring timely collections, visiting clients, and helping the branch meet its goals, all while building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Collect payments from clients through calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Handle delinquent accounts and recommend solutions (restructuring, repossession, or legal action if needed).
• Serve demand letters and notices when required.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on collection activities.
• Maintain positive relationships while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Senior High Graduate/Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Financial Management, or related courses.
• At least 1 year of experience in collections or related work.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Familiar with MS Office applications.
• Driver's license and motorcycle ownership is an advantage.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift, full-time

Work Location

• ILOILO | Door #2, G/F & U/F Rtg Commercial Building, Quezon St., Iloilo City (must be able to commute or relocate before starting work).
