QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Any four (4) years course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Problem solving skills
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations
- Motivation skills and ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants
- Creative thinking to be able to come-up with new ideas to improve customer service
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Organization and planning skills to develop customer service policies
- Knowledge of hospital operations and practices
FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone and in person
- Conducts investigation and refer problems to proper Hospital official.
- Handles customer complaints or any crises such as security issues.
- Keeps accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers.
- Writes reports analyzing the customer service that the hospital provides and submits the same to the Hospital Administrator.
- Develops feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use subject to the approval of the Hospital Administrator.
- Maintain regular consistent, professional and courteous manner.
- Monitors adherence to Quality plan by conducting analysis; internal auditing; identify critical and preventive measures; monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions and audit results.
- Validates quality process are followed, by internal audits; reviewing documented evidence; determining operational performance; and, writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.
