Position: UTILITY HELPER

Area of Deployment:

WILCON DEPOT MONTALBAN/RODRIGUEZ, RIZAL

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning surfaces, equipment, and facilities.
• Waste management: Properly segregating and disposing of trash.
• Basic maintenance: Performing minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs or replacing filters, and assisting with equipment maintenance.
• Support for skilled workers: Assisting with more complex tasks like digging trenches, setting poles, or tightening valves for utility systems like water, gas, and electrical lines.
• Site organization: Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized, and restocking cleaning supplies.
• Errands and general tasks: Running errands, moving equipment, and performing other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and qualifications

• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor and working in various conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
• A valid driver's license is frequently a requirement.
