Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and promptly
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank deposits
  • Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Support year-end audit preparations and tax filings
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

Qualification:

  • open for fresh graduate

  • willing to be trained
  • familiar or at least has few knowledge on accounting
