Store Supervisor

A Store Supervisor oversees daily operations in specific sections of a store, ensuring efficient customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of sales associates within their assigned department.
• Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Monitoring inventory levels, coordinate merchandise displays, ordering merchandise, and ensuring proper stock rotation and organization.
• Training and mentoring staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the department, including displays and promotional signage.
• Handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
• Collaborating with store management to implement operational initiatives and achieve overall business goals.
• Adhering to safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, sales techniques, and retail operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Leadership qualities such as team building, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Must be willing to be trained for 5 to 6 months duration.
- Must be willing to relocate and stay-in and be assigned in different store branches within Davao Region (Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, and Davao Occidental)
