Role Overview

We are hiring
two (2) Sales Secretaries
to join our growing team. The Sales Secretary will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations by ensuring smooth documentation, handling client communications, and assisting in day-to-day sales administrative tasks. This role requires
strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and coordinate client inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents with accuracy.
  • Maintain and update client records, databases, and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support to strengthen client relationships.
  • Perform other office duties related to sales and customer support.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    .
  • At least
    high school graduate
    .

Preferred / Priority:

  • College graduates
    or those with related courses (Business Administration, Secretarial, Office Management, etc.).
  • Previous experience as a Sales Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, especially within the
    laboratory, healthcare, or technical services industry
    .
  • Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with
    invoicing, sales documentation, and record management
    .
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to handle client relations effectively.
