Job Description:

  • Ensure all Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) are accomplished, and Service Reports (SRs) are received and accounted for within 7 days from the date of PMS.
  • Acknowledge and schedule all breakdown calls raised by the Sales Team or customers within 1 hour of receiving such calls.
  • Conduct callback to breakdown customers to confirm the quality of service performed by technicians.
  • Perform random checks on SRs to ensure completeness and accuracy of details indicated.
  • Schedule installation upon confirmation that all required equipment is on-site and necessary work permits are secured.
  • Update required data on monitoring sheets.
  • Track and monitor Remote Guidance activities.
  • Perform other tasks or projects assigned by the Service Provider in coordination with Diversey.
  • Submit weekly all accomplished Service Reports to Diversey.
  • Prepare and submit requested monthly reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields preferred but not required).
  • Preferably with background in auditing, compliance, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
