Job description:

We are in search for a creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Big Black Panda Corporation, a company specializing in Environmental Graphic Design, prints, signages and wayfinding. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual communication, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling and effective signage solutions.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning with functional designs for a variety of signage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Conceptualization and Design:

  • Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of signage projects, including but not limited to banners, posters, packaging, vehicle wraps, trade show displays, and business signs.

  • Can also make designs for websites, social media ads, and other digital marketing collaterals.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

2.) Brand Integration:

  • Ensure that designs align with clients' branding guidelines and effectively communicate their message.

  • Adapt existing brand assets and create new visual elements as needed to enhance brand presence on signage.

3.) Software Proficiency:

  • Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create high-quality and print-ready graphics.

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and software advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

4.) Print Production Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are optimized for the printing process.

  • Provide guidance on materials, finishes, and printing techniques to achieve the desired visual impact.

5.) Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

  • Maintain organized files and documentation for each project, including design iterations and client feedback. Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Graphic Design or any related field.

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the signage or printing industry.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible and committed to meeting project deadlines. There may be occasions when overtime is necessary to ensure timely project completion. hours may include evenings and weekends, depending on project requirements and deadlines.
